Gluten Free Whole Wheat Bread

 - Stir the ingredients together with a spoon or spatula until a sticky dough forms.
 - Transfer onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until it becomes elastic. Add a little more flour if needed to prevent sticking.
 - Place the kneaded dough into a bowl and cover it. Allow it to rise for about 3 hours.
 - Preheat your oven to 200°C.
 - Place the shaped loaf into a pan.
 - Bake the bread in the oven for about 30 minutes.
 - Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool.
